Leadsfill.com (the "Platform") is exclusively owned and operated by ML Core Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered under the laws of the United States of America. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including but not limited to its software, design, branding, algorithms, and content — are and shall remain the exclusive property of ML Core Solutions LLC.

All rights not expressly granted to users under these Terms are reserved by ML Core Solutions LLC. No use of the Leadsfill.com name, logo, or any related branding may be made without prior written permission from the Company.

By accessing or using Leadsfill.com, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy incorporated herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ML Core Solutions LLC. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Leadsfill.com is an AI-powered lead generation platform designed for service-based businesses. The Service enables subscribers to discover, evaluate, and track prospective clients using publicly available business data enriched with AI scoring. Core features include:

• AI-scored lead discovery based on geographic location and service category
• Access to prospect data sourced from publicly available business directories
• Subscription-based dashboard for managing, filtering, and tracking leads
• Pipeline management tools available on eligible subscription tiers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ML Core Solutions LLC does not guarantee that results obtained through the Platform will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business purpose.

Subscription Plans

Access to Leadsfill.com requires an active paid subscription. Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ML Core Solutions LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, access to the Platform will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which access will be automatically revoked. ML Core Solutions LLC does not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused searches within an active period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will notify you via email in the event of a failed payment.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without prior written consent from ML Core Solutions LLC
• Use lead data obtained through the Platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful marketing practices
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gating or access controls
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

ML Core Solutions LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found in violation of these terms without refund and to pursue all available legal remedies.

The Service and all content provided through Leadsfill.com are offered without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ML Core Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ML Core Solutions LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

The Platform aggregates publicly available business data for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any lead data for commercial use.

When you use Leadsfill.com, ML Core Solutions LLC may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

• Name and email address provided during registration or Stripe checkout
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card data)
• Subscription status, plan tier, and billing history

Usage Data

• Search queries and filters entered within the Platform
• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information
• Session activity, feature usage logs, and timestamps

Third-Party Business Data

Business contact information displayed as leads is sourced from publicly available directories via the Google Places API. This data is not collected from you personally and pertains to third-party businesses only.

ML Core Solutions LLC uses the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your account and verify your active subscription in real time
• Process payments and manage your billing relationship through Stripe
• Deliver the core features of the Leadsfill.com platform
• Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
• Send transactional communications related to your account (billing receipts, service notices, policy updates)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling purposes.

We share limited data only with trusted third-party service providers, solely as necessary to operate the Platform. These providers handle functions including payment processing, subscription management, business data sourcing, AI-powered lead analysis, and cloud infrastructure hosting.

All third-party service providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it only for the specific purposes for which it is disclosed. We do not share your personal data with any other parties without your explicit consent, except where required by applicable law or legal process.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription remains active and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Session and usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Upon a verified deletion request, personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted transmissions (HTTPS/TLS), secure session token management, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
